For a time the Tenebroso owned the entire city of New Orleans. The emergence of the Je-Rouge werewolves and the Tenebroso money problems have severely whittled their power. The center of the city, a place of power for all supernatural species - the French Quarter - is now owned by the Je-Rouge wolves. The Tenebroso have retreated into Lakeview and Mid-City, arguably the wealthiest territories in New Orleans. The rest of the city remains open and unclaimed though powerful entities reside in some of them - so tread carefully.
