Posting is to be done in third person and past tense. When replying, include at least part of the original message in your email so that we know what you are replying to and whom.  Its easier if you place the parts you are replying to inside of brackets (i.e { }, [ ], * *) or whatever you feel comfortable with.

The subject line of all posts should read Attn: (Whomever or Wherever). This alerts those involved to the post. A general post should read

Attn: Chimera Nightclub, or Attn: Bookstore, etc.

OOC Posts - out of characters posts are to be kept to a minimum. If you must contact someone out of character, please place OOC either in the subject line or in the post itself.
