....Peace?....

When last we left New Orleans, The Queen was calling Council to discuss a declaration of war with the werewolves, however...

          ...The wolves surprised the demonic denizens of the city by declaring open war on the Tenebroso in a startling attack that brought the fighting to the gates of the Tenebroso Estate itself.  Led by their Alpha, Damarcus, the Je-Rouge Pack slaughtered most of the Blackguard's and then threatened the bulk of the Dynasty, trapping them inside their own Estate.  Instead of continuing their bloody raze, they instead called for a truce. 

Their first blow was to show the Tenebroso that they no longer ruled the city alone and the werewolves would not be driven out of New Orleans as they had been time and time before.  But instead of continued war, they would have peace.  The Tenebroso, having no choice, agreed to the peace terms that split the city between the wolves and the vampires.  The Pack claimed the prime territory of the Quarter and declared it a 'no-kill' zone...
