Personal History:

Newly appointed to the position of Financier, Francesca is no stranger to handling money.  For centuries she was the banker of Europe, funneling their funds on behalf of the King and Queen in New Orleans. 

Known for her sexual prowess and her tendency to love and leave, Francesca is not a woman easily tied down.  She's boasts relationships with some of the most powerful men and women in the Dynasty and instead of inspiring jealousy, has managed to remain close with them all even after their sexual escapades ended.

Currently, she is buried under the tasks of managing the flagging financial's of the Dynasty, but she's found time to find herself in the Queen's arms and bed, as well as potentially romancing Joost van Dousen.
