To risk breaking any of these Laws is to invite Final Death.  But as with any law, loopholes can always be found.

First

Any action seen as a betrayal of the overall goals of the Tenebroso Dynasty is punishable by immediate Final Death.  These actions are determined by the Council and anyone can come before the Council to accuse a member.

Second

Killing a member of your own Clan is forbidden unless ordered to do so by the ruling Council.

Third

Diablerie is the draining of blood by another vampire against their will.  The act allows the person to gain the strength of the vampire they drained.  It is an offense punishable by Final Death.

Fourth

Killing a member of the ruling Council is punishable by Final Death.

Fifth

Any vampire who turns a human without the permission of the Queen of the Dynasty is punishable by Final Death.  The fate of the childe is up to the Council.  If allowed, all actions of the childe are the responsibility of the Sire and both can be punished for their actions.

Sixth

Vampirism must not be revealed to the human population.  To blatantly risk exposure will result in a hunt and Final Death.

Seventh

Entering another's territory requires a formal presenting of yourself to the King/Queen.  If you are caught hunting in their territory without permission, you can be put to Final Death or Outcasting.

Eigth

Respect Elysium: any spot in the city where violence is forbidden (usually nightclubs or business establishments).  To do violence in these areas is punishable by Outcasting.

Ninth

Creating hybrid demons is forbidden (i.e. Witch/Vampires)
